We want you to be confident in buying your jewellery online. If your ring or bracelet doesn't fit, or if you just decide not to keep the item, you can send it back for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it.
You can send back any item for exchange or repair within three months of purchase if the item breaks.
Shipping is free on all orders of $75 or more. If you send back an item for exchange or refund, the shipping costs to return it to us will be your responsibility.
